Seafood Salad

Seafood Salad

Start with Dungeness Crab
Add cooked Tiger prawns
Cubed fresh Mango
Diced Roma Tomatoes
Chopped fresh Cilantro
Toasted Almond slices
Thin White Onion slivers
A pinch of White Pepper
A shake of Seasoning Salt
the juice from 1/2 a Lemon

Fold everything together and put in fridge overnight.

(This is the point where I took this picture)

Just before serving fold in
Fresh Avacado cubes
Fresh Raspberries

Serve in puff pastry shell.
