Line the spring form pan with crumbs.
I use a super duper crumb packer, also known as the bottom of my travel mug the pack the crumbs fairy firm.
Bake at 300-350 for 10 min (do not brown)
12 oz ( 1 and 1/2 cups of KEY LIME juice. I use Nelly and Joes not because its the best but because its the only key lime juice the store had.
Mix the eggs and the milk till smooth....
Then add the lime juice and continue to mix
(It will get thick)
Pour into cooled crust
Come on, don't be stingy pour it all in there. And yes I know it is above the side edges of the crust.

Bake at 250 ( yes TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY)
for two hours and 30 minutes or until firm.
See it starting to brown and pull away from the edges...
No jiggle
